The 2025 revision of the Raptor gas surfboard: a 110CC water-cooled two-stroke fed by electronic fuel injection, wrapped in a 22.5 KG integrally molded carbon fiber shell. Titanium alloy exhaust, HydroVent flow plate, 62 KM/H flat out — refined where it counts, familiar where it worked.
Electronic fuel injection replaces carburetor guesswork with metered delivery: the engine gets the fuel it actually needs for the conditions it is actually in. In practice that means a clean start on the first pull of the day, a steady idle at the dock, and throttle response that stays predictable deep into a long session — with less fuel burned to get there.
Hydrodynamics do work that horsepower cannot. The HydroVent flow plate controls how water leaves the hull, keeping the tail free for on-the-spot U-turns and full 360° spins while the rails stay predictable mid-carve. The board changes direction on request — not on momentum.
The drivetrain is built as one assembly rather than a set of coupled parts, and it puts 10.5 KW to work at a peak of 8700 RPM. Less energy is lost to vibration and slack, so the board answers the throttle immediately — and keeps answering the same way all day. The 3.5 L tank is good for 45 to 60 minutes of hard riding.
Titanium goes where the heat lives. The exhaust pipe is titanium alloy — lighter than steel and unbothered by two-stroke exhaust temperatures — fitted to a water-cooled 110CC engine that holds its operating range through long full-throttle stretches. With EFI metering the fuel, the package peaks at 10.5 KW and carries the board to 62 KM/H.
Left handle for speed. Right handle for forward and reverse. A central safety cord that kills the engine the moment it disconnects. That is the complete control set — deliberately minimal, so a first-timer learns it in one session and an experienced rider never has to think about it again.
The EFI 03 arrives with its supporting kit included — unbox, fuel, ride:

“Stepped up from the 02 and the difference in top-end power is immediately felt. The EFI 03 feels purpose-built for riders who have outgrown their first gas board. Handling is sharp and confidence-inspiring at speed.”
“Raced this against a friend's competitor model and won convincingly. The power-to-weight balance is excellent and the throttle mapping feels like it was tuned by someone who actually rides. Properly impressive engineering.”
“Serious performance machine that rewards skilled riding. The EFI calibration handles sea-level to altitude changes well which matters on New Zealand trips between coast and lakes. Minor points off for fuel cap ergonomics — very small gripe.”
“The step up in displacement over the 02 is very noticeable in open water conditions where the extra power keeps momentum through chop. Build feels properly rugged and the finish has held up well in tropical humidity. Highly recommended.”
